General Terms of Use

Use of BizLabFlow services is limited to persons and organizations capable of entering into legally binding agreements and complying with these Terms. By using the services you confirm you meet these requirements.

You must be at least 18 years old to contract with BizLabFlow or access services that require an account. Minors must use the services under an authorized adult or corporate representative.

You agree to use BizLabFlow products and services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, export controls and contractual obligations. Prohibited uses include activities that harm others, violate rights, or attempt to circumvent security controls.

BizLabFlow operates primarily from Malaysia and may restrict access or service to users in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure use of the services is lawful in your country and that any required approvals or permits are in place.

Certain BizLabFlow services require creating an account. Account holders are responsible for the information associated with their accounts and for managing access credentials.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. Update your account information promptly to keep it accurate. BizLabFlow is not responsible for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify BizLabFlow immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Accounts and associated rights are personal and may not be sold, transferred or assigned without prior written consent from BizLabFlow.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact BizLabFlow support immediately via the contact details provided. We will work to secure the account and advise on recovery steps.

BizLabFlow may suspend or limit access to accounts that violate these Terms, for security reasons, or to comply with legal obligations. We will notify account holders when practicable and explain the reason for suspension.

BizLabFlow provides software development, consulting, integration and managed services tailored to business needs. Deliverables, timelines and acceptance criteria are defined in project proposals, statements of work or subscription agreements. Performance depends on accurate client input and timely cooperation.

We may modify, update or discontinue services or features. If a change materially affects your use of paid services, we will provide notice and describe options where reasonable to do so.

BizLabFlow strives to maintain high service availability but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows and downtime for updates or security patches may occur; we will communicate scheduled outages in advance where possible.

When using BizLabFlow services you agree to comply with the following rules to ensure a safe and productive environment for all clients.

• Use services only for lawful business purposes and in line with agreed project scopes.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any BizLabFlow systems without explicit authorization.
• Do not upload, transmit or store content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy rights.
• Respect rate limits, API usage policies, and any technical constraints communicated by BizLabFlow.
• Do not impersonate BizLabFlow or misrepresent your affiliation when interacting with third parties.
• Cooperate with reasonable security and compliance requests from BizLabFlow related to your account or projects.
• Refrain from using BizLabFlow services to develop or distribute malware, spam, scams, or other harmful software.

Client content includes data, documents, code, specifications and other materials you provide to BizLabFlow for the purpose of delivering services. You retain ownership of client content except for any rights you license to us to perform the services.

You represent and warrant that you have rights to the content you provide and that use by BizLabFlow will not infringe third-party rights. Ownership of client-provided materials remains with you unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You grant BizLabFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to use, copy, transmit and modify client content as reasonably necessary to perform the services and deliver the agreed deliverables. Upon project completion, such license ends except for archival or legal retention requirements.

You are responsible for backing up your data and for providing BizLabFlow with accurate and complete information required for project execution. BizLabFlow may rely on your specifications and acceptance procedures for delivered work.

If you request removal of client content that BizLabFlow stores, we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete the content, subject to retention for legal, tax, backup or dispute resolution needs and any obligations under a separate agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BizLabFlow retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries and methodologies used to develop deliverables. Custom-developed code, documentation and other work products delivered to you are licensed or assigned as set out in the applicable project agreement.

• You may not reproduce, distribute or sublicense BizLabFlow proprietary tools without express permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to discover source code of proprietary components is prohibited.
• Attribution and licensing requirements for third-party components will be documented; you must comply with those licenses when using the deliverables.

Paid services include fixed-price projects, time-and-materials engagements, subscriptions and managed services. Specific pricing, billing cycles and payment terms are detailed in proposals, invoices or subscription agreements.

Project estimates are based on requirements provided at proposal time. Scope changes may result in price adjustments. For subscriptions, current pricing is posted at BizLabFlow.pro and confirmed at the time of purchase.

Invoices are payable according to the payment terms on the invoice or agreement. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the point of sale. Late payments may incur interest or service restrictions as described in the applicable agreement.

Subscription services auto-renew according to the plan terms unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation procedures and windows are set out in your subscription agreement or account settings on BizLabFlow.pro.

Refund eligibility is determined by the service type and the terms of the relevant agreement. For projects, refunds are assessed against work completed and costs incurred. For subscriptions, partial refunds may be available in accordance with the subscription terms.

Either party may terminate service as described in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for payment of services performed up to the termination date and for any applicable termination fees stated in the agreement.

Prices exclude taxes unless expressly stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or assessments required by law in your jurisdiction related to the purchase and use of services.

BizLabFlow may adjust prices for services with prior notice for subscription renewals or new orders. Existing fixed-price engagements will only change under mutually agreed amendments.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, withholding of deliverables, or referral to collections. BizLabFlow will provide notices and opportunities to resolve payment issues before taking restrictive measures where feasible.

Information and services provided by BizLabFlow are offered as-is for business use. While we take steps to ensure accuracy and usefulness, results depend on many variables including client input, market conditions and third-party systems. Clients should not rely solely on materials on BizLabFlow.pro for critical decisions without independent verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BizLabFlow's liability for direct damages arising from services is limited to amounts paid for the specific service during the 12 months preceding the claim. BizLabFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including lost benefits, loss of data, or business interruption, except where prohibited by law.

BizLabFlow may integrate third-party platforms, APIs or services as part of deliverables. Use of those third-party components is subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. BizLabFlow does not control third-party availability or changes and is not responsible for their actions.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the termination provisions of the applicable agreement. BizLabFlow may suspend or terminate service immediately for serious breaches such as fraud, misuse, or threats to security or infrastructure.

Upon termination you must pay outstanding fees and BizLabFlow will cease providing services. Transition assistance and transfer of deliverables can be requested and will be provided under mutually agreed terms and fees unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

BizLabFlow handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy effective 10-01-2026. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, retention periods and your rights. Contact details for privacy requests are included in that policy.

By using BizLabFlow services you consent to receive electronic communications such as emails, in-app messages or notices posted on BizLabFlow.pro. Important notices regarding changes to service, billing or these Terms may be sent electronically and are considered given when transmitted.

BizLabFlow may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law, business practices, or service offerings. Material changes will be communicated via BizLabFlow.pro and, where appropriate, by direct notice. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the services will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia unless the parties agree to an alternative dispute resolution process in writing.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiations. If negotiation fails, disputes may be escalated to mediation or resolved in the courts of Malaysia as provided under the governing law section.
